She worked with some of the world's most recognized names in fashion including Nina Ricci, Dior, Borghese, Stendhal Paris, Oscar de la Renta, and Givenchy.
In New York, Pinson worked with Cle de Peau Beaute, L'Oreal, and served as a makeup artist to performers in The Lion King on Broadway.
Miss Pinson's credits are numerous in print and film. Pinson is a member of the Screen Actors Guild as well as American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.
Barbara is a community leader, both as donor and sponsor of women's charities.

In 2001, she created the Barbara Pinson Clinic Program for L'Oreal, which later provided the inspiration to launch Pinson Cosmetics in 2002, using only the purest of ingredients for guaranteed results.
In NYC, the program that Barbara created with L'Oreal offered relief to burn,vitiligo, and scar patients, as the national spokesperson for L'Oreal , focusing on the medical community.
Corrective cosmetics is a specialty of Pinson.
In 2009 Barbara wrote, produced, and recorded her hormone balance work in the CD,"Sexy,Sassy, Smart for Life:Hormone Harmony", as an advocate for Safe Cosmetics to reduce endrocrine disruptors. Pinson offers this CD, workbook and two hour workshop both in the USA as well as an Anti-Aging Bahamas Cruise each spring.
In 2010 Pinson teamed with a pharmaceutical company to formulate and develop Sensua! Kiss, a revolutionary lip enhancer and to redesign Sensua!
